Please review our policies prior to placing an order to ensure the best experience possible.
$200 minimum order on frames
Payment due within 15 days of shipment date. 15% fee for every 30 days past due. Beyond 60 days will be sent to collections.
Price estimates for frames are guaranteed whereas shipping prices are fluid. We will always do our best to give you as accurate of a window as possible with our estimate. Shipping prices are non-negotiable.
Frames with outer length x height dimensions equal to 100 or over are considered oversized and will be shipped via freight for an extra fee determined by order (minimum of $100). Wood crates are priced at $150.00.
DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED PACKAGES! Before you or your staff sign for your package, Inspect the package. If your frame arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage & notify us immediately. SEND THE PACKAGE BACK WITH THE CARRIER. Otherwise you may be liable for shipping cost & repairs. To ensure proper insurance claims & prompt replacement of your frame, we must have pictures of damage. We will always do our best to make it right for you.
All details of order including size, profile, colors, rust, etc. will be included in estimate sent prior to production. Once the frame has left our workshop, any changes needed not specified prior to shipping will be liable for additional fees.
Due to our proprietary technique involving chemical processing, distressing, and rusting colors may vary order to order. Each piece will be unique. We will always do our best to match results when requested.
We are happy to make custom orders. However any colors, styles and profiles not on the line sheet will be considered special order and will include an additional fee determined by order.
Because we make all of our frames to order, frames will currently be shipped within 8 weeks from time of order.
Rush orders are only accepted based on our availability, the order size and any special requests. A 25% rush charge will be added.
